Insurance and payment policy
We are in-network with Aetna, Delta Dental, Assurant, Humana, Cigna, Guardian,
CHP+, Beta Health and United Concordia, and we file with most dental insurance
companies.
We welcome patients with CHIP and CHP+.
We offer a discount for cash payment and for patients without insurance. We
accept Visa/Mastercard.
